Code of Conduct

Our Group Values
Solid Ground is a peer-led, trauma-aware community group. We
come together to share, listen, and support one another with respect
and care.
By joining, you agree to uphold the following principles:

1. Respect
• Everyone has the right to speak, or not to speak.
• Listen without interrupting.
• Respect different experiences and viewpoints.
2. Confidentiality
• What is shared in the group stays in the group.
• Do not share other people's stories outside the group.
• You are free to share your own experience outside the group if
you choose.

3. Non-Judgement
• We do not criticise, shame, or give unsolicited advice.
• We accept that each person is at their own stage of healing.
4. Safety
• This is a peer-support space, not a therapy or crisis service.
• If you feel overwhelmed, you are free to step out at any time.
• In a crisis, we will signpost to appropriate professional or
emergency support.
5. Inclusion
• All are welcome regardless of background, identity, or belief.
• Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behaviour will not be
tolerated.
Acknowledgement
By attending Solid Ground, you agree to respect these principles and
help us maintain a safe and supportive space for everyone.
