Solid Ground is a volunteer-run not-for-profit community group.
We collect as little personal information as possible, and only for practical
reasons.

What we may collect:
 Your name or email if you contact us through the website
 Any information you choose to share with us voluntarily
What we do not collect:
 Medical information
 Sensitive personal details
 Notes about what is shared in meetings
 Attendance records
 Identifying details about your past or personal history

How we use your information:
 To reply to your message
 To send meeting updates if you ask to receive them
 To keep you informed of changes such as cancellations or venue updates

 

How we store information:
 Emails are stored securely in our Solid Ground inbox
 WhatsApp names/numbers are stored in the Solid Ground WhatsApp
device account
 We do not share your information with any other organisation, service or
individual
How long we keep information:
 Email enquiries are deleted after 6 months
 WhatsApp numbers can be removed at any time on request
 You can ask at any time to have your details deleted from our systems
